WHERE KIDS DRIVE THE BIG RIGS!
Drive a forklift, operate a bulldozer and so much more at this one-day fun extravaganza! Visit all kinds of awesome builders and doers in the When I Grow Up tent.
What’s it like to be an electrician, a plumber or a carpenter? Get your hands on activities and get a taste of the trades. Get up close and personal with garbage trucks and scissor lifts.
Build community and support Missoula Food Bank & Community Center! Held at Missoula County Fair Grounds under the big white tent!
Tickets are $5 per person and $20 for a family!

Missoula Under Construction
$5 per person for children & adults. $20 for families. Kids 2 years old and younger are free. Tickets will be available at the event entrance on the day of the event. Cash, check or card accepted at the entrance to the event. Online tickets are also available to purchase before the event. All proceeds benefit Missoula Food Bank & Community Center. Tickets available soon!
KIDS EAT FREE at the MFB&CC mobile meal bus or choose from options of local food trucks! The event site is accessible for all abilities, though some unstable ground may be present. Restrooms and free drinking water will be onsite. Bring your reusable water bottle to help us reduce waste at the event! Missoula in August can be hot (and may be smoky) and this is a fun & dirty day! Prepare to get your clothes dirty while driving the big rigs and interacting with the trade's activities. Sunscreen & reusable water bottles are strongly recommended.
Missoula Under Construction will take place at the Missoula County Fair grounds (1101 South Ave W, Missoula, MT 59801) Please take advantage of the fairgrounds free parking! Look for the HUGE white tent, giant construction trucks, and signs for Missoula Under Construction.
