Comfort Food with Amber

In this class we will make cozy comforting foods for a rainy, book reading kind of day. Weather in Montana is unpredictable so who knows what kind of weather we will actually be having, but maybe we can conjure a cozy rainy spring day into existence if we want it enough. Come ready to cook, bake, and maybe sit with our food and a hot drink and chat about what we've been reading. Totally optional, but for some added fun, feel free to bring a used book and we'll do a book swap. Please leave a comment if you need a food accomodation- all recipes could be made gluten free, nut free, and egg free. They are heavy on the dairy though, so we can't accomodate dairy free this time. Many of the recipes also involve meat.

Monday, May 18th, 4:30-6:30

Nepali MoMo with Uri

Uri will be teaching participants how to make Nepali Mo:Mo (dumplings) and sauce, using her own recipe. Uri's love language is food and is excited to share her food and culture with you. This recipe will be vegetarian- with instructions for how to make with meat at home. This recipe does involve eggs and nuts but can be left out.

Thursday, May 21st, 3:30-6:30
