Amber's Favorite Allergen Friendly Meals

Amber will share some of her favorite grain-free, dairy-free meals. These can also be egg-free and/or nut-free if needed, but one meal does involve eggs. There will be cashews in the room. All meals involve meat. We will make three different dishes and then sit and enjoy a meal together.

Amber has been gluten free for almost 2 decades and has also eaten dairy free and grain free for periods. These are the recipes that have stood the test of time and remained favorites even as eating needs have changed.


In the Bill & Rosemary Gallagher Learning Kitchen, our food bank offers free cooking classes to help connect families with skill and know-how for healthy, low-cost meal preparation and food preservation. We are also able to partner with other service providers in this space for workshops and other educational opportunities for our community.
