The undersigned pledges and agrees to pay the total sum listed above to Missoula Food Bank & Community Center, Incorporated, a Montana Non-profit corporation qualified as a tax-exempt, charitable organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), as a sponsorship for the 2026 Missoula Under Construction event. The undersigned acknowledges that Missoula Food Bank & Community Center will, in reliance on this Pledge Agreement, promote this sponsor accordingly.
