Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive

The nation’s largest single-day food drive, the Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is held each year on the second Saturday each May. It provides residents with an easy way to donate food to those in need in the community. 

Simply leave your donation of non-perishable goods next to your mailbox before the delivery of the mail that Saturday. Letter carriers collect the non-perishable food donations on that Saturday as they deliver mail along their postal routes. We bring those donations back to the food bank for distribution on Monday! Help us reach our goal of raising 10,000lbs of food to nourish our neighbors.

We're making Stamp Out Hunger even bigger this year with four Stuff the Truck events happening around town! You can catch us collecting donations on Saturday, May 9th from 1pm-5pm at Rosauers, Pattee Creek Market, Albertsons Eastgate & Northgate. If you're doing your grocery shopping that morning, consider picking up an extra non-perishable item to support MFB&CC.
