In our Bill & Rosemary Gallagher Learning Kitchen, we host FREE cooking classes to anyone in the community. In May, come join us for any of these delicious, hands-on cooking classes (RSVP is required by emailing ashlee@missoulafoodbank.org or calling 406-541-0784).

Lentils are an inexpensive protein source grown here in Montana! Want to learn some new recipes with that random bag of lentils in your pantry? Our instructor, Ashlee S, will teach you how to make a red lentil dal, lentil sloppy joes, and her favorite lentil soup. All levels of cooking experience are welcome in this fun, lively class! Join us on May 10th from 11am to 12:30pm.
