Bibimbap with Ariel/Jung-a

February 24th, 4:30-7pm

In Korean homes, when you want to use up the rest of your leftovers, you make bibimbap, a popular dish that mixes rice with lightly seasoned vegetables, marinated meat and gochujang (Korean fermented red chili pepper paste). For this class, we will be using vegetables and meat that you would be able to find at Missoula Food Bank. Come hungry, because we'll be sharing our bibimbap together at the end.

Ariel Sohn Brand is the owner of Jung-a's, a small-batch kimchi company in Missoula, and we are delighted to have her teaching another workshop.

Please sign up here if you plan to participate. If you aren't able to make it, please remove your name from this list so if we have a waitlist, someone else can join us!

Thanks to generous donors and volunteer cooking instructors, Missoula Food Bank & Community Center is able to offer cooking classes at no charge to participants. We just ask that participants work together to clean the space- many hands make light work!
