Leafy Greens
Join us on June 21st from 11-12:30pm. They seem pretty boring but they are incredibly nutrient dense and can be used in a variety of dishes! Our instructor, Ashlee S, will help you create several dishes that use leafy greens (and not one is a salad). Make kale fried rice, tofu saag paneer (creamed spinach), creamy kale and spinach dip, and a greens smoothie. All levels of cooking experience welcome in this fun, lively class!
