Who We Are
Missoula Food Bank is a private, non-profit organization that addresses hunger in Missoula County by offering emergency food assistance to all individuals and families who come to us in need. We have been carrying out this model of service since 1982. (Want more History?)
We take tremendous pride in the diverse network of support that keeps our clients fed and our organization healthy. To assist our staff members, we are sustained by a wonderful variety of donors and volunteers who selflessly support our programs through monetary gifts, food donations, and volunteer time.
Almost 900,000 pounds of food is donated to Missoula Food Bank each year. This remarkable show of support helps us feed approximately 5,000 clients each month, with over 80,000 in 2012 alone.
Missoula Food Bank provides emergency food assistance to people and strives to reduce hunger.
